By submitting an abstract for review you agree to the above guidelines.
We recommend you carefully read the information available in the note before starting. To simplify your submission, please have all your materials together prior entering in the system.

GENERAL RULE
Authors are invited to submit abstracts describing original research on topics relevant to any of the 8 biological fields for ePoster presentation.
Biochemistry - Genetics - Immunology - Haematology - Microbiology - Parasitology - Pharma-Toxicology - Lab Organisation.
Abstracts should describe original work and address why the work is novel. Importantly, the abstract should clearly present the research itself and results that have been obtained.
Abstracts will be assessed according to the novelty of the work, with an emphasis to abstracts that clearly detail results.
DATA INPUT & SUBMISSION
The abstract submitter will serve as the primary contact for the JIB and must have a valid email. The submitter is responsible for communicating with co-authors on any step.
All abstract must be submitted electronically via this online abstract submission system (abstract sent by email will NOT be accepted).
It is suggested that you first develop your abstract in a word processing programme then copy and paste the information in the appropriate section(s). There is no spell and grammar check function in the online submitting process.
Caution: do not proceed to any style and page settings in the orginal text file as they will not be reproduced via the copy& paste manipulation.
The online module enables you to take time to put in the content and data of your abstract, possibly still evolving before official submitting. It is conceived so you:
1. Create login account (mandatory for everyone as it is a first experience of abstract online processing).
2. Put in abstract content and related data.
Fields and sections are clearly mentionned at each step of the process.
3. Re-connect and modify your abstract and data as much as needed and REGISTER.
IMPORTANT: your abstract will not be considered as submitted for jury selection as long as you have not moved to the (following) step 4 – SUBMIT. Henceforth, it is important you pay attention to the abstract status you are in.
4. Submit your abstract ultimately before deadline - August 25, 2013.
IMPORTANT: once you have electronically « submitted » your abstract, it is no longer possible to modify it in any way.
